How To Recover When Finding Out He’s Moved On
There comes a time in our lives when we go through a bad breakup, one that we have trouble getting over. We like to think that the other person will be alone for the rest of their lives while you’re living the American dream with the perfect husband, house, kids and dog. But what happens when you’re still single and you run into your ex while they’re out with their new significant other?
Depending on how bad the breakup was, you should first try to run and hide. Getting yourself out of plain sight would be the easiest thing, until you are sure your ex and their new person are safely out of range.
However, most of the time this doesn’t happen and you are spotted by the ex. If they come over and say hi to you, be polite. Show you are the bigger person and prove to him or her that you are over them by being friendly. Nothing shows jealousy more than giving your ex’s new fling the evil eye as they try to talk to you.
Once your out of the situation, you can pout as much as you want, or call up your best friend and cry to them over the phone. But remember, hardly anyone stays single forever, so you should expect that your ex may find someone else one day and not be pining over you like you’d like them to be.
Keep a positive attitude and your confident self will help you find someone better than they were.
