eHarmony Ramblings

Published by dianae at 11:43 am under Dating Edit This

Okay, so since joining eHarmony last week, I just got into open communication with someone. I thought the whole guided contact thing was moving a little too fast for me, but whatever, I signed up, so I have to talk to people and not waste my money.

So I got a message that this match of mine sent me an email through the site, and I was a little nervous about reading it so I didn’t open it for two days. Not sure what I was so nervous about, I think he likes to ramble on as much as I do, and he lives in a city where I go to a lot of events, so we have that in common to talk about.

There’s a message you are supposed to read from the founder of eHarmony before you start open communication. It goes over things like not giving out your personal info until you’re ready to, blah blah blah. But I guess some people need to be reminded of that.

So, we’ll see what happens from there. One of my other matches is a guy I used to know from high school. I cringed when I saw his profile (not because he’s gross or anything, but I didn’t want him seeing me on there), but sadly he looked at my profile the other day. Maybe he didn’t recognize me, but if he showed his brother, then I’d be found out. :)

I’m working the night shift for the next few days, so if I don’t make sense, that’s why. I can’t sleep when it’s light outside. :(

It is weird, isn’t it? I had one guy ask for that phone call thing….I wasn’t really interested in him, and he seemed uber desperate. So, I wouldn’t do it…I DID meet some hotties…. good luck!
